We are seeking a motivated individual with prior experience in the apartment management industry to join our team as a Leasing Specialist. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to leasing inquiries, touring apartments, and assisting with marketing plans. You will also process rental applications, execute leases, and collect deposits. In addition, you will manage move-ins and move-outs, process maintenance requests, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
