As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to leasing inquiries, touring apartments, and assisting with marketing plans. You will also process rental applications, execute leases, and collect deposits. In addition, you will manage move-ins and move-outs, process maintenance requests, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in the apartment management industry
- Ability to multitask, achieve deadlines, and work under pressure
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required
