CNC Operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machinery in a cabinet making setting and possess mechanical knowledge to ensure precision in the production process. This role is crucial for maintaining the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations.

Duties

• Operate CNC machines, including milling machines and press brake machines, to produce high-quality components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations.
• Set up and adjust CNC machinery for optimal performance, including programming as needed.
• Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accurate dimensions of machined parts.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure operational efficiency and longevity.
• Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals while adhering to safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process.

Experience

• Previous experience in a cabinet making manufacturing facility is preferred, with a focus on CNC operation.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with machining processes.
• Proficiency in programming CNC machines is highly desirable.
• Experience with precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
