Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Duties
- Operate CNC machines, including milling machines and press brake machines, to produce high-quality components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations.
- Set up and adjust CNC machinery for optimal performance, including programming as needed.
- Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accurate dimensions of machined parts.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure operational efficiency and longevity.
- Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals while adhering to safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cabinet making manufacturing facility is preferred, with a focus on CNC operation.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with machining processes.
- Proficiency in programming CNC machines is highly desirable.
- Experience with precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers is essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
