Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative/Appointment Setter to join our expanding team. This role is vital to our company’s goals and involves handling inbound and outbound calls, working within our CRM, and booking appointments from company-generated leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound phone calls efficiently and professionally.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
• Work within our CRM to manage and update customer information and leads.
• Book appointments from company-generated leads for our sales team.
• Achieve daily and weekly call and appointment setting targets.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and scheduling.
• Flexibility to work a combination of day and evening shifts, with alternating Saturdays.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility in working hours, including evening shifts and alternating Saturdays.

Compensation:

• Ability to earn between $16-$18 per hour based on performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
