Level Accounting & Advisory is growing—and we’re looking for an Accounting & Tax Manager to join our in-person team in Vero Beach, Florida.

- Oversee monthly accounting and tax workflows for a section of small business clients
- Prepare and review business and personal tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120)
- Provide proactive planning, tax projections, and practical financial insights
- Work collaboratively with a team of staff accountants to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Build strong relationships with clients through meetings, videos, and communication
- Help maintain process excellence and a smooth experience for both clients and team
- CPA or EA certification required
- 5 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in a public accounting firm
- Strong experience preparing and reviewing returns for small businesses
- Comfortable with QuickBooks Online, Gusto, Loom, and other accounting tools
- Excellent communicator—confident, empathetic, and responsive

This is a full-time, in-person position at our office in Vero Beach, FL (Indian River County). Remote work is not available for this role.
