We’re growing and looking for a full-time Staff Accountant to join our team on-site in beautiful Indian River County. You’ll work directly with small business owners, backed by a team that supports each other and actually enjoys accounting. - Manage monthly bookkeeping and accounting for a group of awesome clients
- Process payroll and support quarterly/year-end reporting
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and insight
- Communicate proactively with clients to help their businesses thrive
- Use QuickBooks Online, Gusto/ADP, and proven systems that make life easier
- Have 2–4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Are QuickBooks Online savvy (ProAdvisor a plus!)
- Love systems, checklists, and meeting deadlines
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients
- Want to work in a drama-free, fun, and focused team
- Minimal overtime or chaotic tax season madness
