Level Ahead ABA is seeking a professional BCBA who is passionate about providing high-quality ABA therapy! BCBA's create treatment plans for clients with autism and related disorders, supervise RBT's in treatment implementation, and provide caregivers with guidance and support. Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments
- Create comprehensive treatment plans including function based behavior intervention plans, as well as skill acquisition programs
- Train, supervise, and guide RBT's (ABA Paraprofessionals) in implementation of treatment plans
- Monitor ongoing ABA programs, assess and update as needed
- Ensure accurate electronic data reflective of client's progress on our data collection platform
- Provide ABA training and support to parents and other caregivers
- Coordinate treatment with other members of client's team
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification and state licensure
- Current malpractice insurance
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- Demonstrated skill and experience implementing ABA therapy with individuals with autism and related disorders
- Familiarity with clinical assessments such as the Vineland, VB-Mapp, ABBLS, AFFL's, etc
- Strong supervisory and management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to establish supportive and collaborative relationships with parents and caregivers
- Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
- Access to reliable transportation, ability to travel
