Job Description
We are on the search for a Project Manager to join our team.
You will work closely with other project managers, department leads, and team members to ensure a smooth workflow for multiple projects.
- Full-time temporary employment (W-2), 5 days/week onsite (NYC).**
- Manages timelines, status reports, and communicates within the department and across the organization.
- Structures, organizes, and maintains a constant stream of project deliverables ensuring they adhere to quality standards.
- Coordinates with cross-discipline team members to confirm all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and business strategy.
- Establishes effective project communication plans and ensures their execution.
- Oversees and assists with tracking and reporting project data, progress, and costs.
- Other projects as assigned.
- Prior project management or operations experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
- Must thrive in a self-directed and fast paced environment. Be proactive in anticipation of business needs. Strong attention to detail.
- Must have prior experience with Monday, Google Sheets, and other Project Management platforms to leverage in managing projects and reporting.
- Undergraduate degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Level All does not provide work authorization and/or visa sponsorship.
- Compensation range: $33 - $38 per hour. This represents the expected compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, we will considerskills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors in determining our offer.
