We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Manager to join our strategy team in Bellevue, WA. This role will be responsible for providing structure and support around key strategic processes, including road mapping, project intake, initiative planning, prioritization, communications, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Hybrid work schedule; 3 days onsite a week in Bellevue

Key Responsibilities:
  • Road Mapping and Initiative Planning: Develop, maintain, and optimize long-term roadmaps for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all key projects are effectively planned and executed.
  • Lead initiative planning processes to define key deliverables, timelines, resources, and success metrics.
  • Project Intake and Prioritization: Assist team in defining, supporting, and managing a structured project intake process to evaluate new initiatives and requests.
  • Develop a prioritization framework to assess projects based on impact, resource availability, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure the right projects are prioritized and delivered on time.
  • Communications and Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for communicating the progress of strategic business activities to key stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver clear and concise communications around strategy, progress, and challenges to executive teams and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure transparency and consistency in communication across all levels of the organization.

Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs):
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews to assess the performance of key initiatives and provide insights into the business’s overall strategy.
  • Prepare detailed presentations and reports for QBRs, including analysis of key performance metrics and recommendations for improvements.
  • Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency: Continuously assess and improve operational processes related to project management, planning, and strategy execution.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the team.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in strategy, operations, supply chain, project management, or a related field.
  • Technology Requirements: SharePoint, JIRA, Lucid, Microsoft Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, data analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with strategic planning and execution in a high-growth company.
  • Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
