About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and relationship-driven HR Sales Representative to join our team on a 1099 contractor basis, with a commission-only compensation structure for the first 6 to 12 months. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with potential to move into a salaried role based on performance.
You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities and selling HR-focused products or services to organizations that need better tools for managing their people — including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and employee engagement. You’ll act as a consultative partner to HR professionals, helping them solve real business problems through our offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, engage, and close new business opportunities with HR leaders, recruiters, and business owners
- Understand client HR challenges and map them to our solutions effectively
- Deliver engaging product demos and presentations tailored to HR audiences
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
- Manage and track your pipeline, activity, and outcomes using CRM tools
- Stay current on HR industry trends, compliance regulations, and best practices to position our solution competitively
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally selling HR technology, services, or SaaS solutions
- Strong understanding of HR processes, pain points, and how to position value-driven solutions
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Comfortable leading conversations with HR professionals, hiring managers, and small business decision-makers
- Experience with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently in a performance-based environment
Compensation & Structure
- 1099 contractor status for the first 6–12 months
