Assistant Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager at Level Up Campaigns, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing marketing initiatives that amplify brand presence and drive customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with our team to create targeted campaigns, analyze market trends, and work with clients to craft solutions that support both their needs and business objectives.

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including social media and content marketing.
• Client & Market Engagement: Partner with clients to understand their objectives and create tailored marketing solutions. Stay on top of industry trends and emerging opportunities.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop materials and strategies that support lead generation, conversions, and client retention.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
• Brand Positioning: Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms while enhancing brand awareness and market positioning.
• Travel & Research: Occasionally travel to meet clients, attend events, and conduct market research to gain insights and strengthen relationships.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on campaign management.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Creative problem-solver with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
