Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance to oversee our firm's financial operations and fund administration. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in venture capital / private equity, financial modeling, and corporate development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial operations and reporting for the firm's portfolio of VC fund of fund and co-investments
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for fund analysis and performance tracking
- Oversee fund administration, including capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting
- Manage relationships with external partners, including auditors, tax advisors, and fund administrators
- Support due diligence processes and onboarding for new fund investments
- Monitor and report on portfolio performance metrics
- Financial and operational reporting to the firm’s board of directors
