At Levello Construction, we specialize in residential exterior restoration, including roofing, gutters, siding, and painting, serving Colorado's Front Range. We’re committed to delivering exceptional results with concierge-level service. 2025 has us in growth mode! To handle the additional jobs our company anticipates, we require a driven, energetic, team player to join us and assist homeowners with their insurance claims, estimates, and storm damage inspections. Levello Construction delivers a top-notch training program and continued support. We develop fully capable, proficient representatives within 4 weeks. You will receive training on the basic construction, insurance/storm damage knowledge you need to represent and assist homeowners through their claims.

IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE
- Build Relationships: Represent Levello Construction, connect with homeowners and key decision-makers, and grow a referral network for ongoing success.
- Sell Solutions: Guide clients through the sales and insurance process, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs and protect their homes.
- Discover Opportunities: Be the first point of contact for property owners, assess weather-related damage, and reconnect with past clients to explore new ways to help.
- Close Deals: Create happy customers who trust Levello, generating referrals and glowing reviews along the way.
- Drive Success: Work with our production team to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and with exceptional results.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to work with minimal supervision after training
- Upbeat, positive attitude
- Strong Communication skills
- Comfortable with office technology, CRM software, and mobile apps
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Ability to use ladders for inspections
- Organized and able to follow processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year potential
