Job Summary
We are seeking a Experienced garage door technician/installer to join our team
Must have experience with installation/ service of overhead garage doors. We are looing for someone that can Install new garage doors proficiently. This is imperative, and not optional. Also have experience with service. Some days you will be doing service calls and some days you will be doing New installs including 18x8 12x14 and larger residential garage doors.
Pay is between 36-42/hr hourly for the right candidate with experience (7 years minimum.) we are looking for a Senior tech that knows Ippt spring rates, knows how to weight and get within 3ippt of the target. Proficient in repairing off track doors, cable changes, opener installation, panel swaps, etc. Must have your own tools.
Quality is a must. Please do not apply if you do not take pride in your work and do it to the best of your abilities. The aim of our company is to provide the absolute best service at a great price. You are also expected to be efficient with your work and keep the company truck clean.

Pay is 30 percent of the net profit per job on service as well as installations.
When 30 percent commission exceeds your hourly wage you will get pad the commision. (this can be especially beneficial and profitable when doing installs )
There will be a set daily minimum pay of $240 for 8 hours, set minimum of $5300 every month and when your 30 percent commission exceeds daily minimum and monthly minimum you will get paid that. example is if you make 300 in commission 2 days out of the 5 days in a week you will get paid as follows 240 for 3 days and 300 for 2 days so for that week you would make $1320 before taxes. Some days you could make upwards of 500/600 or more but that is not the norm. This daily minimum and monthly minimum may be adjusted depending on experience and these are just examples of the pay schedule we use. Final details will be agreed upon at time of hire.
Must be willing to start at 6:30 am and work until around 3:30 pm monday-Friday
30 minute lunch and two 15 minute breaks.
Mainly residential but we are also commercially licensed and ready to take on commercial work if we have the capacity to perform the job.
Must be professional and presentable in appearance. Have a great attitude and willingness to work in The Arizona summer heat.
Quality is a must, we are not looking for someone to install a door in one hour but you will be expected to perform a 16x7 remove and haul in 3 hours. Openers are expected to be installed in 1.5-2 hours max. Spring changes should take 30-45 minutes on average.
We use House Call Pro for scheduling and you will provided a company phone.
Timeliness is a MUST! Everyday you must be prepared and ready to start the day at the same time. Be ready to leave your house by 630 am at the latest. This is very important. On days that we are slower you are still expected to do something productive for the company. ie: clean and organize your truck, stock up on parts, etc etc.
$0-2000 sign on bonus depending on experience and what you are bringing to the table This will be paid on the first check.
NO drugs or tobacco please.
