What You Bring:

  • Ten plus (10 ) years of account management experience across advertising or brand side businesses.
  • Five plus (5 ) years of team management experience.
  • A proven track record in leading multi-functional marketing teams and managing enterprise client accounts.
  • Prior experience working in the business marketing industry and across multiple clients at the same time.

  • You have the ability to continuously build and maintain exceptional working relationships with clients and colleagues, possessing the ability to establish yourself as an industry leading expert.
  • You have the ability to work both independently and in a cross-functional team environment, acting as a team player in both.
  • You take pride in your initiative to innovate and solve problems.
  • You have persuasive storytelling skills.
  • You have strong analytical skills.

What You Will Do:

  • Facilitate communication between company, client, and leaders.
  • Lead day to day client communication and initiatives, including understanding of business building, strategy, media, and creative projects.
  • Build rapport and credibility to engage in and foster strong relationships with clients, partner agencies, and fellow Levelwinger’s.
  • Influence the development of the highest quality work within execution teams (Creative, Media, Analytics).
  • Research and understand the brand, monitor competitors and overall category, to identify implications that add value for the client in a proactive manner.
  • Take accurate notes on client meetings, disseminating information to internal teams as necessary.
  • Lead the buildout of client decks, adhering to agency and client standards; collaborating with execution teams as necessary.
  • Manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and ideas concurrently, while providing strategic direction for assigned clients.
  • Maintain a trusting, accountable, proactive approach to relationships; ensuring colleagues adhere to the values and processes that equate to excellence.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
