Overview:
Leverage Buying Group is a GPO that helps food operators save time and money. Our combined purchasing power, along with our MDA and manufacturing contracts, allows us to provide more competitive and consistent pricing than a business would be able to access independently. The more members we have, the stronger our program becomes.
Leverage is looking for a full-time Operational Support Specialist to join our growing team and company! We are a small team looking to add the right person to help propel us into our next chapter. The role is a mix of operational support and reporting, as well as general admin duties. A small portion of the job will be customer-facing, but the majority will be an internal role helping support the sales team. Experience with Excel and reporting systems is preferred. Knowledge of the food industry is an additional plus but not a requirement.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years of operations/administrative experience
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems
Key Responsibilities:
-Cost Analysis: Complete all cost analysis reports needed to help support the sales team. Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or the Food Industry is a plus.
-Weekly Reporting: Track weekly sales and other metrics for the sales team to review.
-Onboarding Tracking (Sales, Ancillary Programs, etc.): Help support the sales team with onboarding new customers. Includes tracking sales, interest in ancillary programs, etc. May
require some customer-facing communication/coordination.
-Customer Specific Reporting and Support: One-off reporting required for some of our larger customers. As needed customer support for specific customers.
-Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks: Support with list/roster management, data processing, one-off reporting requests, company projects, etc.
-Ancillary Program Roster Management: Responsible for maintaining accurate rosters for our ancillary programs. Cross-referencing payments with rosters to confirm accuracy.
