What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist- Bilingual (English/Spanish) position at Levers Law Firm?
The details of this job will be answering the phones, taking messages, translating from English to Spanish, monitoring the calendar via outlook, completing and filing of and keeping clients up to date concerning the status of their case.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous successful experience in customer service and working in an office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and operating general office equipment
- High school diploma or GED is required. Paralegal Course, Some college or College degree is preferred
- Fluency in Spanish and English
