Technology Support Specialist
- Pay is $20 per hour
- 1 year contract with perm hire possibility
- Monday through Friday
- 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm
- Location : Kansas City, MO
- Onsite, no remote
PURPOSE OF JOB : To serve as a primary point of contact for all Tier I technology support
related issues for the Department of Technology.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management tools.
Experience with large-scale computer deployments.
Certification in current Microsoft Windows version
