Job Description
LRS Consulting Services seeks an experienced Solution Sales Account Executive to focus on Nearshore solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity for a driven salesperson to shape their success amidst our aggressive growth plans.
This is a remote position within Denver, CO or Charlotte, NC territories. Account Executives serve as the primary face-to-face contact for key accounts in the greater metro area they are assigned to. These accounts could include both prospects and existing customers. Your goal will be to identify opportunities and secure the sale of information technology services and solutions within these accounts.
Candidate Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 years of solution sales experience to enterprise-level companies (specifically focused on technology / software sales will make you a stronger candidate)
- Prior IT solution sales experience and knowledge
- Experience identifying business needs and selling to C-Suite or Senior Leadership levels of organizations
- Account consulting experience within the territory
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
- Must reside in either Denver, Colorado or Charlotte, North Carolina and be willing to travel to client sites in and around the area
- Must have permanent authorization to work in the USA. No visa sponsorship is available.

A Sr. Vice President manages the LRS Consulting Services Group. You will be part of a team that includes Account Executives, Recruiters, and Office Administrators, and will report to the area branch manager.

Salary range : $100k -150k total compensation. This salary range represents base salary, draw, and on-target earnings in the first year. The base salary will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience and performance. The total compensation will vary depending on performance and has the potential for substantially more than the range posted. The range listed is just one component of LRS' total compensation package for employees.
