Levi’s Building Components, a leader in the metal roofing accessories industry, is looking for the right person to join our expanding team. We are looking for a Director of Sales who will be responsible for driving sales performance, fostering a positive team culture, and collaborating with all other departments to ensure our industry-leading customer service experience is delivered to all internal and external customers. Other key responsibilities would include the ability to:
- Train and grow team members in sales skills, product knowledge, teamwork, time and territory management, competitive knowledge, feedback/coaching, career goals pursuits, and performance reviews.
- Work closely with management to shape the future of the company and contribute to ongoing success.
- Coordinate sales efforts ensuring collaboration between inside sales, outside sales, customer service, and marketing.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
- Oversee sales activities, pipeline management, and follow-ups/follow through.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and keep the team informed and motivated.
- Identify effective pricing for our customers ensuring we maintain a competitive position while recognizing company goals for profitability.
- Optimize CRM strategies for prospecting, lead management, and customer engagement.
- Address customer concerns; utilize the team to develop plans and timelines for resolution and follow-up in a timely manner to ensure an appropriate sense of urgency.
- Participate and provide conference / tradeshow support as needed.
- Lead the direct reports for this role which will include the national sales manager, customer service supervisor, marketing manager, and inside sales team.
The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:
- Additional experience in marketing, training, technical services, or related areas
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet acceptable driver standards.
- This position requires up to 15% travel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent listening skills.
- Proficiency with a variety of software including CRM, ERP, and common office software.
- 7 years of proven successful sales experience
- 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in roofing, construction, or a related industry
- Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
This position is on-site.

Salary : $130,000 - $180,000
