Job Title: Prep Cook

Compensation: 16 - 28 Hourly (commensurate with experience
Position Description:
As a Prep cook on our back of house team, you’ll join a crew of culinarily excited individuals who share a common goal of outputting a high quality product while enjoying their time spent preparing all of our restaurant's signature dishes as a team. This role is best suited for someone with a solid attitude, culinary excitement and a desire to be a part of a team with a winning mindset!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare ingredients, signature dressings and sauces following signature recipes
- Prepare ingredients, signature dressings and sauces adhering to all recipes
- Assist with replenishment and execution of all menu items.
- Work as a team with your fellow prep cooks to ensure smooth operations
- Cook ingredients to coincide with specified recipes
- Complete daily shift work checklist and ensure all job tasks are done satisfactorily.
- Follow all food safety and standard operating procedures
- Complete weekly cleaning project work, as needed and directed.
- Maintain a positive attitude and ability to work in a busy kitchen environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to all patrons, communicate with MOD, follow directions, show up on time and be a team player.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have 1 year of prep experience
- Ability to manage and execute daily food service operations
- Must possess a valid drivers license.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- ServSafe Certification is highly recommended but not required.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Self-discipline, initiative and outgoing pleasant, polite manner with a neat and clean appearance.
- Must be able to multitask and work calmly under pressure.
- Must possess good communication skills.
- Must be reliable, responsible and respectful.
