Job Title : Prep Cook Full Time / Part Time / Seasonal : Seasonal Compensation : 16 - 28 Hourly (commensurate with experience Position Description : As a Prep cook on our back of house team, you’ll join a crew of culinarily excited individuals who share a common goal of outputting a high quality product while enjoying their time spent preparing all of our restaurant's signature dishes as a team. This role is best suited for someone with a solid attitude, culinary excitement and a desire to be a part of a team with a winning mindset! RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare ingredients, signature dressings and sauces following signature recipes Prepare ingredients, signature dressings and sauces adhering to all recipes Assist with replenishment and execution of all menu items. Work as a team with your fellow prep cooks to ensure smooth operations Cook ingredients to coincide with specified recipes Complete daily shift work checklist and ensure all job tasks are done satisfactorily. Follow all food safety and standard operating procedures Complete weekly cleaning project work, as needed and directed. Maintain a positive attitude and ability to work in a busy kitchen environment. Provide excellent customer service to all patrons, communicate with MOD, follow directions, show up on time and be a team player. QUALIFICATIONS Must have 1 year of prep experience Ability to manage and execute daily food service operations Must possess a valid drivers license. Must be eligible to work in the United States. ServSafe Certification is highly recommended but not required. PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS Self-discipline, initiative and outgoing pleasant, polite manner with a neat and clean appearance.
