- Assist members over the phone and through various digital platforms on account inquiries and loan applications.
- Utilize your expertise to evaluate member needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Make independent and confident decisions in approving loans and accounts based on established guidelines.

Your starting hourly rate will be based on your experience, ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, with additional incentives available. Our weekday hours are from 7 : 15 am to 6 : 15 pm, Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturday shifts from 8 : 45 am to 12 : 15 pm. You will primarily serve our members via electronic branch services, including online interactions, phone support, and ITMs.
Requirements :
A qualified candidate will have an associate degree (A. A.) or its equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, along with two to three years of relevant lending and underwriting experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
