Position Overview:
As a Talent Solutions Manager and Recruiter, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by developing and nurturing client relationships, sourcing and matching top-tier candidates, and achieving revenue targets. You will be part of a small but dedicated team that thrives on collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
Responsibilities:
Client Solutions:
- Generate leads through various outreach methods, including LinkedIn, cold calling, cold email, and video outreach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Present & market candidates to clients, highlighting their unique value.
- Participate in client visits and follow up with prospects to secure new business.
- Take and manage job orders to match client needs with top talent.
Talent Sourcing:
- Source, interview, and evaluate candidates to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Present job opportunities to candidates and address their needs to negotiate offers effectively.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate candidate placements and onboarding processes.
What You’ll Accomplish in the First 90 Days:
- Establish a warm client pipeline and a steady candidate pool to present to potential clients.
- Build a foundation of trusted relationships with both clients and candidates.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven sales experience with demonstrated success in generating leads and closing deals.
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in accounting or finance is highly desirable.
- A friendly, approachable personality with a willingness to learn and adapt.
