Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with customers/subcontractors as liaison for Company
- Review and submit foreman daily reports
- Review and submit trucking co. daily hauling and time reports
- Develop knowledge of project contracts
- Work with Controllers on project revenues
- Ensure accuracy and completion of project billing
- Compile, store and retrieve information/reports using the points North, LCP Tracker to generate certified payroll WH347 reporting
- Supervise administrative processes within Oracle related to:
- Accurate billing
- I-Procurement
- Creates and submits requisitions
- Follows up on back orders and shortages
- Maintains and controls records and files
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets
- Receives, screens and routes telephone calls
- Directs customers and associates appropriate resources in response to requests
- Composes and creates correspondence, reports and other materials
- Coordinate administrative support activities for operations management
- Assist operations manager with various projects
- Other projects as directed by supervisor
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with specialized computer training
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of accounting concepts
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of basic and certified Payroll concepts
- Ability to direct processes and workflow
- Ability to coordinate personnel in a multi-function operation
- Strong interpersonal skills-ability to communicate with local staff and corporate level staff
- Knowledge of accounting and/or ERP systems
