Job Description :
Lead the HR function across a diverse region, ensuring that talent strategies align with the organizations goals. As the Regional Vice President of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance. Your leadership will drive initiatives that foster a strong workplace culture and empower employees.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in human resources or related field; masters preferred
- 10 years of HR leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience with regional or multi-location HR operations
