Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and research potential customers and sales opportunities through various channels, including online research, industry events, and referrals.
Conduct outbound calls and emails to introduce our services and schedule meetings with potential clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and policies.
Sales Support:
Assist with preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Analyze customer feedback and market data to recommend improvements to our services and sales strategies.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review.
Continuously develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and industry regulations.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth.
Contribute to team meetings and share insights and best practices to support overall sales objectives.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all sales activities and transactions comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for sales transactions and customer agreements
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software, vlookups and pivot tables
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
Fluency in Spanish and English a plus!
Position is primarily remote but will need to be in the office for some meetings
Pay range is $50,000- $60,000 bonus
