Overview
The Lewis and Clark Information Exchange (LACIE) a 501(c)(3) organization has been exchanging data since September of 2010, the first Health Information Exchange (HIE) to go live in Kansas or Missouri. LACIE was initially formed by Heartland Health in Saint Joseph, MO, now MOSAIC, and was given to the Greater Kansas City Community and the State of Kansas in 2013. LACIE provides patient information to prominent healthcare systems and providers across the Midwest. LACIE is committed to enhancing patient safety by eliminating obsolete, paper-based medical records, and combining patient data into a single, widely available digital record.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Marketing Manager will develop, manage, and execute a wide range of marketing and communication focused projects. The ideal candidate is trained in the marketing and communications profession, works well independently, wants to learn new things, and can manage multiple concurrent projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the organization’s physical and digital marketing strategies.
- Develop, coordinate, and manage marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives from concept to completion.
- Develop multiple types of content including but not limited to graphics, copy, and video; for digital and print executions using tools such as Adobe and Canva.
- Define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in alignment with the organization’s objectives.
- Supports other departments to design relevant promotional and marketing materials.
- Manages the website, social media, and other marketing activities.
- Suggests new ways to promote the organization’s offerings and to reach external and internal audiences.
- Manages the review and approval process.
- Understands how to align work with brand guidelines.
- Manages external marketing resources and support.
- Follows current trends, developments, and perceptions related to our industry.
Qualifications
