We are seeking a thoughtful, compassionate Primary Guide to expand our staff. You will be sharing your talents with supportive colleagues with a low staff turnover. Lupine Community Montessori School has been serving families since 2008. Our school spans Primary through Middle School, with the majority of our Primary children moving into our strong Elementary program. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and AMI Primary Certification
- A deep reserve of patience, generosity, and adaptability
- Prefer experience as a Lead Guide (or Assistant), with a reflective understanding and appreciation of Montessori practice and philosophy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, families, and children
- Proficiency in a second language is desirable but is not required
