Qualifications
A Structured Finance team is a leader in the securitization market, representing a host of players across numerous asset classes and a wide variety of sophisticated transaction types including, but not limited to:
- RMBS and CMBS offerings
- CLOs
- Credit card securitizations
- Auto loan and auto lease receivables
- Esoteric
You will advise investment banks including Bank of America, Barclays, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo. You will also work with specialty financial services companies and REITs, including Ocwen, PennyMac, Redwood Trust and Two Harbors.

Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience
- Exposure to CMBS experience preferred but not required
- Membership to the New York State Bar is required.
- You should bring excellent academic credentials, superior communication skills and the ability to work independently.
