Administrative Assistant
This person will be responsible for greeting vendors, customers, and staff. The Administrative Assistant position will carry some of the administrative support duties for our Human Resources Department & our Corporate Accounting and Management staff. We employ nearly 500 employees across Kansas so this is a great opportunity to learn more about HR.

Office Responsibilities:
- Opening/Closing building
- Gathering content and creating our company newsletter - LAG Times
- Answering & directing phone calls
- Maintaining adequate office supplies
- Daily bank deposit run
- Organizing travel arrangements for Senior Management Staff
- Vinyl cutting and processing for inhouse shirt orders
- Scanning, saving & uploading various documents
- Office errands
- All other duties as assigned
HR Responsibilities
- New hire orientation preparation & finalization
- Scanning and filing employee documents
- Benefit termination
- Benefit event scheduling and tracking
- All other duties as assigned
This position is full-time and will work a 40 hour week with regular business hours 8 am to 5 pm M-F.
Requirements: Professional phone etiquette, general knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office programs. Valid DL and clean MVR.
