Job Description
A Call Center Specialist takes calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. Their duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers' needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.
Essential duties include the following.
- Answer Phones
- Make Reservations
- Extend Rentals
- Attend to Voicemails
- Maintain Car Lists
- Work in Reservation Program (KARZ)
- Work in Excel
Other tasks will be assigned as the position evolves.
Job Type: Full-time
Experience
High school diploma.
