ACCOUNTING CLERK
The growing Lewis Accounting team has an immediate opening for an Accounting Clerk in the Upland, CA corporate office.

In your role, you will perform the following:
- General Ledger review and other special account analysis
- Prepare month-end general ledger close journal entries and supporting reconciliations for prepaid accounts and other accounts as assigned
- Monthly reporting to property managers
- Business license reporting
- State escheatable property reporting
- Prepare daily deposits and journal entries
- Manage the Company credit cards
To succeed, your strengths should include:
- You should have intermediate to advance knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to prioritize task in a fast pace environment with the ability to meet deadlines
- Background in property management or real estate are a plus
- Keen eye for accuracy while dealing with multiple tasks
- Self-starter
