Leasing Administrator (Part-time)

LEASING ADMINISTRATOR (part-time) - Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Lewis Apartment Communities has an immediate opening for a part-time Leasing Administrator at one of its upscale, local communities, Terra Vista 550, located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.  

PART-TIME HOURS ARE: 9am-6pm, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Days off are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.  

In your new career, you will work with the Community Director and staff to provide a variety of services to current and potential residents at this busy, beautiful community. In your role, you will coordinate and administer the application and move-in paperwork process accurately and within company standards, thereby maintaining a quality leasing experience for new residents. 

As a Leasing Administrator, your responsibilities will also include:

• Processing all resident files,
• Confirming apartment move-ins
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
• Utilizing property management and sales software.  
• Scheduling appointments for final move-in paperwork
• Administering move-in packets, coordinate keys/remotes, and other duties related to new residents.
• You will also be ready for SALES, leasing our upscale apartments with our award-winning teams, earning commissions and meeting sales goals.

Other requirements: knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and basic Excel. A valid drivers license is required for operating electric golf carts in California. Walking, standing, climbing stairs, and communicating with customers and guests in English, written and verbal. 

YOUR SALARY & BENEFITS:

• Your Pay: In addition to a competitive hourly salary of $23.50/hour, you will have the potential to earn sales commissions and will qualify for annual bonus and pay raise eligibility every year!
