SEASONAL POOL ATTENDANT
Summer is here! And Lewis Apartment Communities is hiring for a part-time POOL ATTENDANT at our upscale community in the Natomas area of Sacramento.
As our Seasonal Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring proper utilization of the pool and surrounding recreation amenities within the apartment community and assertively enforcing regulations, while promoting exceptional customer service to residents and their families.
More of your responsibilities will include:
- Completing recreation pass checks in pool areas, fitness center, and clubhouse while verifying each resident is only accompanied by two guests.
- Addressing the behavior of residents and guests that are not following amenity rules pertaining to their apartment lease.
- Observing and patrolling pool amenities and enforcing safety regulations.
- Providing excellent service consistent with community standards.
- Identifying and reporting defects throughout the amenities and notifying supervisors immediately of hazards, injuries, and/or equipment or processes that negatively affect the operations.
- Ensuring amenity areas are clean and orderly at all times, such as pool furniture rearranging, cleaning tables, trash clean-up, etc.
- Retrieving packages from the package locker, and locating residents.
- Property walks to review patios and garages for patio violations and post notices on the doors
- Reviewing, posting content,and responding to Active Building regarding pool updates
- Assisting grounds with trash collection and ground-related projects
More information for YOU: This position is part-time and will require working on weekends, with days off during the week.
Hours are 12pm-8pm, THURS-SUN. Starting hourly wage is $21.50/hour, plus training and more. You must be 18 years of age to apply. These opportunities begin in May and will end September 30, 2024.
