Our growing personal injury firm is seeking an experienced Plaintiff's Case Manager/ Paralegal. This is a great opportunity for any Paralegal/ Case Manager who has a minimum of (2) years of experience handling motor vehicle cases.

Requirements:
- At least (2) years of experience as a personal injury paralegal or case manager.
- Customer service skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Experience communicating with insurance adjusters about claims and case status.
- Experience with communicating with clients about case status and progression.
- Research skills to obtain, review, and organize relevant case information.
- Experience coordinating with medical staff and facilities.
- Organized, attention to detail, multitasking, tech-savvy, and works great with teams.
- Experience in preparing settlement proposals and demand packages for attorney review.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Other clerical duties as necessary, such as scheduling appointments, drafting routine documents, and frequent email communications.
