The Assistant Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting multiple Support Coordinators with their daily tasks.
Essential Duties
While performing the duties of this job, an employee must regularly stand, walk, sit for extended periods of time, reach and perform repetitive key strokes. While performing the duties of this job, an employee must occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb stairs and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an office environment.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
COMPENSATION: $19 - $22/hour

Essential Duties
- Assists with reviewing, entering and verifying weekly payroll.
- Assists with posting equipment costs and production revenue to appropriate job.
- Distributes information to field personnel as it relates to their area of responsibility.
- Works with Support Coordinator assisting company personnel, customers and others with resolution to problems related to their areas of responsibility.
- Produces customer invoices.
- Responsible for processing all requested reports accurately and efficiently.
- Reviews files and documents to retrieve requests for information; reconciling invoices, data and reports.
- Completes data entry.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent accounting courses.
- Proficient with standard office equipment i.e. computer, phones, scanner, fax and copier.
- Knowledge of database and spreadsheet programs.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
- Possess accounting knowledge.
- Possess strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrates ability to adapt.
- Strong typing, grammar, spelling, math and computer skills.
- Ability and tenacity to solve problems.
- Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
