Responsibilities
Responsible to model the University Mission through dedicated job performance, service excellence to constituencies, respectful collaboration, and active support of the University's Mission in Catholic and Lasallian higher education.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with financial tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing reports.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and maintain office calendars.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Order and manage office supplies and training materials to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Support Project Management team in processing student reimbursements following the University's processes and procedures.
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Support administrative processes related to workforce education programs.
- Manage procurement processes, including purchase requests and vendor payments.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for audit and compliance purposes.
- Work collaboratively with the Business Office Manager to ensure all accounting related with the Institute for Workforce Education is accurate.
- Assist in planning and organizing office events, team meetings, or training sessions.
- Monitor and update company databases, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned by leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or higher recommended, but not required.
