Finance & Insurance Manager
Lewiston Motor Company is seeking an experienced, top-performing Automotive F&I Manager.

Job Responsibilities
- Overview vehicle financing options and warranty offers to customers based on credit
- approval and other sales-related information
- Process financing applications to secure approval for customers
- Discuss add-on services and features for customer vehicles
- Complete customer documentation for both financial approval and insurance processing
- Find and offer competitive rates to encourage customers to purchase vehicles
- Ensure all customer documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Work with sales to help promote and cross-sell certain deals being offered
- Act as a liaison between customer, dealership and lending / loan institution
- Comply with all local, state and federal regulations
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in Finance / F&I manager or other equivalent position
- Previous automotive industry experience is NOT required
- Able to comfortably upsell products and services
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, via both email and phone
- Attention to detail and effective documentation skills
- Growth, Attention to Detail, and Community.
- Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
