Culinary Services Leader Position at Lewiston Senior Living
As a culinary services leader, you will play a key role in shaping the dining experience for our residents and guests. You will oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that meals are prepared and served to high standards of quality and safety.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a kitchen staff, preparing and serving daily meals, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. They will also be able to collaborate with the food service team to develop and implement menu plans and special events.
This is a full-time position with a schedule of 11:00am - 7:00pm, every other weekend, and 64 hours per pay period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of culinary professionals to prepare and serve daily meals
- Develop and implement menu plans in collaboration with the food service team
- Collaborate with the food service team to plan and execute special events and menus
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Manage kitchen inventory and ordering to maintain efficient operations
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of culinary leadership experience
- Must have strong leadership and communication skills
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Must be punctual with a good attendance record
- Must be 18 years old or older

Estimated Salary: $15-$17 per hour. Credit for experience will be given.
