Overview

IT Deployment Specialist needs to be proficient with Microsoft Windows Server Administration utilizing following apps / services : (WDS, MDT, DHCP, DNS, RRAS, PowerShell, Command, DISM, Diskpart). The ideal candidate will have expertise in device management, image capturing, task sequence creation, scripting, and MS Intune device configuration This position requires hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Google Device Administration, and Apple device management.

Core Responsibilities

• Microsoft Windows Imaging : image capture and replication through MDT / DISM.
• Scripting via Command Line and PowerShell to automate tasks.
• Ability to provide Support for Microsoft Intune Device Configuration.
• Understanding of device configuration through Microsoft SCCM.
• Device Registration in various Pre-provisioning Systems (Autopilot, ZTE, DEP).
• BIOS / UEFI Setup and Configuration.
• Capture and replicate contents of a physical hard disk drive media via hardware / software.
• Microsoft Windows Server Administration (WDS, MDT, DHCP, DNS, RRAS).
• Maintain image repository for multisite support.
• Additional device management asset support in the Google Admin Console and via the Microsoft Intune Admin Center.
• Networking hardware / software configuration and support (Routers / APs / VPNs).
• Imaging hardware / software configuration and support (MS Windows Server, PC, Mac, Android, ChromeOS, and applications)
• Collaborate with other IT Administration (Internal / external) to establish device configuration goals per project.
• Create, maintain, support, and update departmental provisioning processes and work instructions.
• Review process / work instruction efficiency to enhance productivity goals.
• Provide training and technical configuration support for departmental team leads on project processes / work instructions.
• Align with Department Manager to complete day to day operations.
