What are the responsibilities and job description for the UPWARD DIRECTOR - SEASONAL POSITION position at Lexington Baptist Church?
We are seeking a passionate individual to lead our Upward Basketball and Cheer Ministry for the season. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full administration of the league in collaboration with the church’s ministries. This includes recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers such as coaches, referees, scorekeepers, and halftime speakers. You will also coordinate important events throughout the season, such as the Preseason Kickoff and Postseason Celebration, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively. Above all, you will work to create a safe, enjoyable, and gospel-centered environment for all participants and their families.
