SUMMARY:
The Health Resource Coordinator will be responsible for working alongside the Employee Health & Clinical Education Manager. The primary responsibility will be to coordinate with department leadership to forecast resource needs and develop a comprehensive resource allocation plan to meet department demands. The Health Resource Coordinator will serve as the liaison for implementation planning and coordination. The coordinator will possess effective communication and customer relations skills and the ability to be self-directed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Formal training that will be indicated by a high school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of two years in the medical field, preferred training, and medical terminology familiar, possess moderate computer skills, proficient communication, planning and organizational skills, basic knowledge of project oversight.
PHYSICAL GUIDELINES:
Physical guidelines include the ability to move, traverse, position self, remain in a stationary position and negotiate steps for up to eight hours per day; lift and carry up to 25 pounds; extend wrist/arms for up to eight hours; articulate speech; hear; and perform telephone and computer work (full range of motion in hands and arms).
