Responsibilities
- You shall greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
- We expect you to take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, addressing any questions or special requests they may have.
- You will serve meals and beverages efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail in presentation.
- We require that you maintain a clean and organized dining area by clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests promptly.
- You will process guest payments smoothly, accurately handling cash, credit cards, and voucher transactions.
- We expect you to collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service and address any operational issues quickly.
- You shall provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and specials, enhancing the dining experience with expert suggestions.
- We anticipate that you manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing duties to accommodate varying levels of customer demand throughout your shift.
Requirements
