Job Description :
- Greet visitors.
- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and determine purpose of call and transfer call.
- Take and deliver messages.
- Generate reports and other documents.
- Maintain front desk procedures including contact information, directions and frequently asked questions.
- Screen everyon that enters facility.
- Provide proper PPE to all coming into the facility
- Maintain an adequate liaison with families and residents.
- Order, receive, and maintain office supplies.
- Eusure guests and visitors abide by existing rules, as directed
