Lexington Home Brands, a global manufacturer and marketer of home furnishings, and a recognized leader in innovative design, lifestyle merchandising, and aspirational marketing, has an immediate job opening for a full-time Supply Chain Manager at Thomasville Corporate Office.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Responsible for analyzing domestic warehouse demand, inventory levels and processing replenishment orders needed to achieve company target warehouse levels.
- Maintain access databases by addressing errors and monitoring performance.
- Monthly analyze, calculate, and update reorder points for all domestic inventory items.
- Issue purchase orders to factories as necessary to achieve established inventory and service goals.
- Pursuing improvement in all aspects of the supply chain by reviewing current methodology and processes.
- Daily analysis of domestic inventory to discern oversold items.
- Utilize weekly container status reports to establish priority for container shipments.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers to identify and resolve issues. Maintain and update ERP information to reflect the most current delivery schedules and ETA’s.
- Conduct regular assessments of inventory management practices and recommend improvements.
- Generate weekly reporting: goods in-transit, planning sheets, stock availability.
- Service metrics for new products, and sku productivity by collection/category.
- Work with Asia suppliers to expedite shipments.
- Pull data from the ERP system to analyze data and generate reports upon the request of the management team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business required, Supply Change Management preferred
- Strong MS Excel skills and Access database knowledge
- Demand planning in an ERP environment preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
