The Lexington Marriott City Center is seeking a thoughtful, dynamic and inventive individual to join our Front Office Team. We are seeking an Guest Request Runner to help lead and deliver a quality customer experience.
The Guest Request Runner will have the following responsibilities:
- Ensure all room service orders are correct and up to the guest in an adequate amount of time
- Work with the culinary and front office team to create a memorable experience for our guest.
- Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods.
- Breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations.
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
