What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive - Large Law Law 360 REMOTE position at LexisNexis?
Law360 is an online newswire for lawyers that covers major litigation, transactions and regulatory issues. It’s one of the fastest-growing subscription news services in the US. Subscribers include the largest law firms around the world, in house counsel at major corporations and key decision makers in the government sector.
We are currently seeking a motivated Tele Account Executive to focus on selling to Large Law firms. The Tele Account Executive will be responsible for retaining and growing an existing book of business in a defined territory.
Accountabilities
- Exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Develop detailed strategic plans for growing business within defined territory
- Deliver actionable forecasts and customer intelligence
- Articulate Law360’s unique value proposition and its value within LexisNexis’ overall ecosystem
- Collaborate with Client Managers and other sale team members to retain and grow business; provide input on account plans, mitigate risks, identify whitespace and support Large Law’s strategic priorities
- Develop deep customer relationships; serve as a source of referrals and generate leads to other lines of business
- Collaborate with a team of sales associates to retain existing business as efficiently as possible
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years’ B2B sales experience in information services, news, financial services, technology or subscription sales
- A new business “hunter” mentality
- Strong prospecting, selling, negotiating, and closing skill
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to effectively partner and collaborate across teams
