About the Role:
The Segment Manager, Product Strategy will play a critical role in aligning our product offerings with customer needs and market dynamics for our Large Law segment. This role involves active collaboration across multiple teams including Product, Go-To-Market, and Operations to ensure excellence in product strategy, production experience, and market responsiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating timely responses and solutions for current production issues based on internal input and client feedback.
  • Acting as the central liaison between clients and Product teams, ensuring clear communication and synchronization on product development initiatives.
  • Reviewing and analyzing Product usage reports, customer & sales feedback, Market survey data, Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics, Voice of Customer (VoC) reports and more to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Supporting systematic collection and synthesis of marketplace feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Monitoring the organization's market share to identify product challenges and sales opportunities and reporting on market trends, industry developments, competitor activities, and relevant industry events for Large Law firms and the legal industry.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and creating appropriate business plans to drive future investment decisions and strategic product enhancements.
  • Facilitating effective communication and socialization of significant product updates, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders and the Large Law customer segment.
  • Collaborating closely with Product and Operations teams to address and resolve issues affecting customer experience (LL CX), specifically related to the LN Account Center, Account Insights, and Cost Recovery solutions.
  • Providing consultation and strategic insight into product migration initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption and maximized client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Have a degree in Legal, Business, Business, or Technology fields acceptable; advanced degree preferred.
  • Have experience in product management, strategy, or related roles, ideally within legal tech or related industries.
  • Have great analytical skills, capable of deriving insights from quantitative and qualitative customer data.
  • Have excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Have a proven track record of developing strategic initiatives informed by market and customer insights.
  • Be familiar with legal technology solutions and product management best practices
  • Have experience with customer experience management and NPS data analysis.
  • Be knowledgeable of competitive intelligence practices and market analysis methodologies.
