Join our dynamic team as an FP&A Analyst, where you'll drive financial excellence and support strategic decision-making within our P&L finance processes. Reporting directly to the Corporate Manager of FP&A, you'll play a pivotal role in demand / business planning, analysis, target setting, reporting, and pricing.
Key Performance Objectives :
Financial Analysis :
Deliver Accurate Financial Forecasts : Execute financial forecasts and outlooks with precision, focusing on key business drivers. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting by collaborating proactively with cross-functional teams.
Insightful Reporting : Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to senior management, providing actionable insights for profitability improvement.
Support Strategic Decisions : Conduct detailed financial analysis to support pricing decisions and other business initiatives, contributing to the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
Trend Analysis : Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies for enhancing profitability.
Pricing Strategy :
Optimize Pricing Proposals : Review customer bid packages and RFPs, ensuring solutions align with corporate revenue, profitability, and operational goals. Develop and present compelling pricing proposals and business case analyses to management.
Lead Financial Discussions : Facilitate internal financial discussions on special bids, identifying economic and operational risks and opportunities. Coordinate cross-functional team efforts and keep all stakeholders informed.
Expertise in Deal Dynamics : Provide expert insights on deal dynamics related to price, profit, risk, and scope, ensuring optimal outcomes for the business.
Qualifications :
Educational Background : Bachelor's in Finance, Business, or related field
Experience : Preferred 5-7 years in financial analysis and pricing strategy.
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and providing insights.
Technical Proficiency : Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and Microsoft Excel. Experience with SAP ERP, BPC, Workday Adaptive, AFO systems is a plus.
Communication Skills : Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Detail-Oriented : Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a keen attention to detail.
Proactive and Self-Motivated : Creative problem solver with a proactive approach to challenges.
Time Management : Effective time management and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
